Description
A pretty dress from the 1940s worked mainly in stocking-stitch with gathers at each side of the
bust and front waist. With puff sleeves and sweet little bow collar at the neck.
The original yarn used was 16 skeins (1oz. balls) of “Sun-Glo” Shrink-proof or “Sunbeam” Super
3 ply fingering wool. A pair each No. 10 (3.25mm) and No. 12 (2.75mm) needles.
