Description
This 1933 Polo neck jumper reflects three major fashion trends of the time. A tiny polo collar,
raglan sleeves, and round-about stripes.
Knitted entirely in stocking stitch, with ribbed welts and polo collar.
The original yarn used was Patons and Baldwins’ Super or Beehive Scotch Fingering. 3 ply:
6 ozs. (172g) of Yellow and 2 ozs. (57g) of Azure Blue.
A pair of No. 9 (3.75mm) needles and four No. 12 (2.75mm) needles (pointed at both ends)
for the collar.
Underarm measurement is 35 inches all around.
