Description

Sexy Sweater dress from the 1950’s. It has smooth lines with a circular ribbed neckline and is worked
in D.K. on No. 12 and 13 needles giving it a tight close finish. You create belt openings as you knit
and crochet around them when finished, but you could just leave them out and work straight.

Measurements to fit 2 sizes
32-34 or 36-38 ins Bust. Length for both is 46 ins.

Materials:
17oz (482g) or 18 oz (511g) Emu Calypso Double Twist (D.K). Pair each of No. 12 and 13 for the main part
of the dress and a set of 4 (double point) or circular needles in sizes 12, 13 and 14 for neck ribbing.
6 small buttons, 1.5 yds matching bias binding, 1 medium crochet hook.

TENSION: 8.5 sts. and 12 rows to 1 inch over stocking-stitch on No. 12 needles.
