1930s Knitting Pattern for a One-Piece Swimsuit Bust 32-34

Description

A New line design from the 1930s, with a low back and cut-outs on the sides of legs. It’s worked
in stocking stitch with ribbing around the legs, leg cut-outs, waist and neckline. The neck strap
has rings at the shoulders and a ring at the lower back.

The original yarn used was Charles Sykes “Tulip” (non-shrink) 4 ply, 5 ozs (142g) in Light red, 3 oz.
(86g) in green. A pair each No. 13 (2.25mm) and No. 11 (3mm) needles. A No. 13 (2.25mm) crochet hook.
3 x 1-1/4 inch (3.18cm) bone rings or equivalent.

TENSION: 8 stitches and 10 rows to one inch.

The costume will fit a 32-34 inch Bust
