Who doesn’t love a classic Bolero? This design requires just 6oz (175g) of 4-ply yarn and can be knitted
relatively quickly using size 9 (3.75mm) needles. The pattern also includes instructions for crafting
your own shoulder pads to complete the Bolero look.
Although no specific bust size is provided, the following measurements are given for the finished Bolero:
- Armpit to armpit across the back: 18 inches
- Shoulder to lower edge (back): 15 inches
- Armpit to front edge: 9.5 inches
- Shoulder to lower edge (front): 16 inches
- Side seam: 9 inches
- Sleeve seam: 6 inches
Based on these dimensions, the best estimate for the bust size is approximately 34 inches
