Description
Pretty 1940’s sweater knitted in white with rainbow stripes. Worked in stocking stitch with ribbed edges
and neck.
The original yarn used was: 9 ozs. (256g) of Diana Non-shrink knitting 3 ply. 4 ozs. (114g) in white, and
5 x 1 oz (29g) balls of various colours. A pair each No. 11 (3mm) and No. 7 (4.5mm) needles. A stitch
holder and 2 buttons.
Measurements to fit: Length from top of shoulder 18.5 inches Width all around at underarm 34 inches
Length of sleeve from underarm 5.5 inches
