Description
A pretty dress from the 1940’s wartime rationingera. It has a one piece back, a yoked gathered
crossover front with shaped belt, gathered front skirt, sash ties, short sleeves and side
placket opening.
The pattern has been re-drafted in it’s original size;
Bust 36 – Hip 40. These 1940’s patterns were usually without waist measurement as it was
assumed you would adjust it to fit.
There are no fabric suggestions as it’s a Wartime pattern, so anything would work eg:
Cottons, Rayon, Viscose etc
