Description
A Classic Aran style Cardigan from the 1950’s. It has a stocking stitch back and sleeves and Aran
worked fronts with side pockets. The perfect winter warmer.
The yarn used was Jaeger Spiral Spun knitting wool which was a 100% wool D.K
You will need between 18oz. (approx 510.g) for the smallest size to 21oz.
(approx 595g) for the largest size.
A pair each of No. 9 (3.75mm) and No. 7 (4.5mm) needles.
A double ended needle (cable needle) and 5 buttons
TENSION: 5 sts. and 7 rows = 1 inch
MEASUREMENTS: to fit a 32 – 34 – 36 – 38 ins. Bust
