Description
A 1950’s sweater with shawl collar and elbow length sleeves, worked in two pieces with the sleeves
worked in Magyar style. It’s knitted in D.K with ribbed welts and collar and a raised stripe
pattern on the rest.
The yarn used was Listers Lavendula D.K and you will need between 14oz. (approx 400g) for the
smallest size to 17oz. (approx 482g) for the largest size. A pair each of No. 10 (3.25mm) and
No. 7 (4.5mm) needles
TENSION: 6 sts. and 6 rows = 1 inch
