Description
Quick and easy to make Surplus Wrap Around Blouse from the 1950’s. Over-blouse is tied at the side and features a stand
up wing collar with either, long, below elbow or (C) short sleeves. (B) Is the same but collarless. Your choice to wear
it either tucked in or over a skirt.
Suggested fabrics: Cotton broadcloth, Chambray, Gingham, Crepe, to mention a few.
